Last Modified: October 16, 2015 – LiveMed Media LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“LiveMed”), knows that privacy is important, so we are providing this Privacy Policy to communicate our policies with respect to your information when you use our website located at medeligo.com (the “Website”), our mobile applications, including the Medeligo application (the “App”) or any service made available through the Website or the App (collectively, the “Services”). Any defined terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the Terms of Use located at https://medeligo.com/terms-of-service. By accessing the Website or the App or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

Information Collection and Use

Information You Give Us. While you may browse certain portions of the Website without registration, certain Services require you to create an account. We refer to information that can personally identify you, such as your name, address and email address as “Personal Information”. We may use your Personal Information to provide the Services to you (including contacting you regarding billing) and to contact you to notify you of (a) new services or products you may be interested in, (b) changes to the Services, or (c) third-party services that may be of interest to you.
